What you will need:

2 pounds of Chicken Wings

1/2 of Juiced Lime

1/8 Tsp of  Garlic Powder

1/8 Tsp of Salt

1/8 Tsp of Pepper

2 Cups Flour

1 Cup Corn Starch

3 Cups of Oil (Canola, Vegetable, or any high Temp Oil)

The Sauce:

3 Minced Cloves of Fresh Garlic

2 Tbsp of Fresh Parsley

3 Tbsp of Olive Oil

3 Tbsp of Unsalted Butter

1 Cup of Parmesan Cheese

Prep:

In a small bowl add chicken wings and lime juice. Then in another bowl combine flour, garlic, pepper, salt, and corn starch. Mix well and sit aside.  Dredge chicken wings in flour and shake the excess off. Then sit on a platter until you’ve floured all chicken wings.

Cook:

Heat oil to 350 F in a skillet or in a deep fryer. Once the oil is hot, then place about 5-6 wings in the oil and cook for 8-10 minutes. Repeat until chicken wings are done. In another skillet add olive oil, butter, garlic, parsley, and parmesan cheese. Stir for 3-5 minutes. Then add the chicken wings to the sauce. Stir the wings until evenly coated.

Lighter Option;

Bake these wings at 425F for 20 minutes. Turning every ten minutes to ensure crispness.  After done, sauce wings as usual.

Serve:

Serve the wings with celery, slices of lime, and blue cheese/ranch.
