Hot Roast Beef Sandwich

I love me a good sandwich, however I don’t want to pay $10 for it when I can make it myself. Let me show you how to get that sub shop quality right at home. You won’t believe how easy this is.

What You Will Need:

3/4 pound Roast Beef

3/4 pound Cheddar Cheese

A handful Fresh Spinach

Red Onion

1/8 of tsp Salt

1/8 of tsp Pepper

1/8 of tsp Oregano

2 Tbsp of Mayonnaise

2 Tbsp of Oil

2 Tbsp of Vinegar

2 Pieces of Sourdough

Prep/Cook:

Toast the sourdough and then sit aside. On a small plate, place desired amount of roast beef in a mound shape. Then top with cheese. Put in microwave for 45 seconds to melt cheese the sit aside. Mix oil and vinegar then sit to the side. On the sourdough spread mayonnaise on each piece on one side. Then place the hot roast beef on top of the sourdough bread.

Add the spinach, onion, tomatoes, salt, pepper, and oregano. Add your desired amount of oil and vinegar to the top of the sandwich. Then close the sandwich and cut.

Optional:

Add a little arugula on top for garnish and more freshness.

Happy Cooking!
